Ivan is a retired professional tennis player who gave up tennis to join the advertising industry in 2006. At least that’s what he tells himself deep down in his mind.
The tennis tour life taught him how to be a true global citizen. Maybe that’s the reason why he crossed the globe straight out of Brazil to work and live in Singapore with his family.
After making that career change from tennis to advertising *cough*, he managed to work with Heineken, Tiger Beer, KFC, Samsung, Botafogo Football Club and many other cool clients.
His work has been recognized by Cannes, D&AD, One Show, Clio, Spikes, LIA, AdFest, AdStars, Effies, El Ojo, FIAP, CCSP, which turned out to be more successful than his tennis achievements. At least until this date.
Although he has achieved medals in the advertising industry, he is much prouder of his tennis medals from STA (Singapore Tennis Association).
He is also learning how to write in the third person on bio and profile sections.
Don’t take him to seriously, he also doesn’t.
